Samantha Papir is the Founder and Managing Partner of Emanate, a lower-middle market private equity firm. Her career spans private equity and private credit, bringing deep experience in investing, sourcing, and operations.

She has built high-performing sales platforms for portfolio companies, accelerating revenue and enhancing enterprise value. She has also integrated distribution teams upon the assumption of assets, handling both operations and oversight.
